School of Education
|
Teacher Education courses are based in Joondalup and Mt Lawley. These campuses are equipped with first class computing facilities as great emphasis is placed on graduates acquiring skills in the use of information and communication technologies. The School of Education are continually updating their courses to ensure graduates have a competitive edge when seeking employment. They have also fostered close links with schools because it is recognised that professional practice plays an essential part in initial teacher education. Since ECU is one of the largest providers of teacher education in Australia, it can offer students a wide range of specialisations in secondary education. |

Testimonials |
FIRST IMPRESSION FROM ECU Everything is going great here in Perth, Australia at ECU. I've only been here for 2.5 weeks but its very exciting to study in another part of the world. TEACH has been an extremely valuable asset throughout the whole process. I couldn't even imagine what the process would have been like without the help of TEACH.I really look forward to the rest of my time here and all the experiences I will encounter. Ben Lander.

The best thing about being a student at ECU Joondalup is that there is always someone to help you. When you arrive, scores of volunteers are in place throughout the city to make your transition to life in Perth as comfortable as possible. While on campus, there's a range of full and part-time staff should you ever feel at all overwhelmed, be it by exams or by something personal. Everyone is just so friendly and helpful here. They have made my time in Perth very enjoyable, as it should be in the land of "No Worries" :)
